During the workshop, we will create useful and aesthetically pleasing objects for everyday use from recycled materials. Using a simple hand-weaving technique, we will make unique coasters for tea cups or small flower pots on previously prepared round cardboard bases.

We will use yarn obtained from unraveled old sweaters, giving them a new life. The workshop encourages the reuse of waste materials and the development of manual skills and a sense of design.

When: Friday, 30 October, at 10:00

Where: Ankaran Intergenerational Centre, Rudi Mahnič Street 1

The workshop is open to all generations. Children aged 7 to 12 may participate if accompanied by an adult.

All materials and tools needed for the workshop will be provided.
